= best insurance [apartment, car, personal liablity]:
	G.F. Forskikring

= broadband/television by T.D.C. DKK 300/month, should be
  able to find a cheaper alternative

= front door: in the winter might need to pull it up in order to
	open it.

= need new door bell button (probably the bell as well)

= repair window frames toward the street
