1) AT&T One Rate International Savings Plan. Pay $4.95 a 
month to have this service; it is worth it. To get it, I 
called 1-800-922-1372 (it might be a different number now;
in that case call the generic AT&T number, 1-800-CALLATT, 
and tell them what you want).

2) Dial 101-6868 followed by 011-country code-city code-
number. There is no monthly fee, no connection charges. 
If this serice is available in your area, it will get 
billed to your telephone number. These calls will appear 
in your Bell South bill.

3) IGEA Europe Telecom - You call 1-800-501-3686. They 
need to know your phone number. There is no monthly fee, 
no connection charges. They give you an 800 number to call 
(they gave me 1-800-301-3117). It only works if I call this 
number from the number that I activated. When I call this 
number I get a recorded message that invites me to dial. 
I dial 011-country code-city code- number. These calls will 
appear in your Bell South bill.

4) www.onesuite.com - you call 1-800-315-9339, recharge account on
the web. Works form any phone in US.


Comparative rates below. AT&T is the only one that is 
always reliable. The other two sometimes do not have circuits 
available, sometimes they diconnect while I am talking, sometimes 
the person I am calling cannot hear me or I cannot hear them.
